| Method
|
|
-
Following PCR reaction place vial into -20oC freezer.
-
Once aqueous layer has frozen, remove oil layer with a pipette
-
Fill the NALGENE® Centrifuge Filter challenge reservoir with 400µl distilled
water or buffer and add 100µl of the aqueous phase.

Centrifuge at 1000g x 15 min.
-
Add an additional 400µl to the challenge reservoir and repeat step 4.
-
If appropriate, repeat step 5.
-
To recover purified DNA remove insert from the tube and invert.
-
Place the inverted insert in a new centrifuge tube and centrifuge at 1000g x 3
min.
